Pesto Cream

Place half & half in a pan and heat until a thin skin forms on top. Melt 1-1/2 tablespoons of butter in another pan, add flour, whisk, and cook for 2 minutes. Pour cream into the flour paste and whisk until slightly thickened and smooth. Stir in pesto and salt and cook at a low simmer for just another minute. |
