Portobello Burgers

  • Burger sized portobello mushroom caps
  • Oil
  • Barbecue seasoning
  • Fresh pico de gallo
  • Sliced pepper jack cheese
  • Hamburger buns

Lightly oil portobello caps all over, and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. Grill over medium heat, gill side down, for about 5 minutes. Flip, scoop pico de gallo onto the gills and cover with pepper jack cheese slice. Grill for another 5 minutes.
