Alaskan Barbequed Salmon

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 apple cider vinegar
  • 1 whole salmon fillet

Combine sugar, honey, and vinegar into a sauce. Brush one side of salmon with sauce. Place salmon on a hot grill, basted side down. After about 3 to 4 minutes, generously baste the top and turn over. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, then baste again and turn over to cook for another minute. Take care not to cook the salmon too long.
