Grilled Corn

  • Corn on the cob, unshucked
  • Water
  • Butter and pepper to taste

Pull a few leaves off the ears of corn, leaving enough so that the ears are still completely covered. Remove any stray hairs. Soak the ears of corn in water. Grill until leaves are black, but not long enough for them to catch fire. Shuck and season to taste.
