Grilled Pineapple

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cup spiced rum
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Cut off the top, bottom, and outer skin of the pineapple with a sharp knife and cut it into 1/2 inch slices. Marinate in a mixture of the rum, water, and cinnamon for 30 to 60 minutes. Grill over high heat for approximately one minute per side. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
