Grilled Peaches

  • Yellow peaches
  • Vegetable oil
  • Honey
  • Blue cheese

Slice the peach in half and remove the pit. Lightly coat the cut side with vegetable oil and place cut side down on a hot grill. Cook for approximately 4 to 6 minutes. Fill pit holes with a dollop of blue cheese and drizzle with honey.
