Garlic Dip

  • Cream cheese (with vegetable rennet, if you can find it)
  • Milk (or half & half, or heavy cream)
  • Raw or roasted garlic, chopped
  • Seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, etc.)

Let the cream cheese come to room temperature to make it easier to work with. Add as much garlic as you desire, then add the milk to thin it down a bit if desired or needed. Season to taste. Serve with with crudites, crispy crackers, firm slices of bread, etc.
