Aioli Sauce

Use a mortar and pestle to mash/blend the garlic and salt. Combine with the egg yolks, mustard, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while constantly mixing with a wire wisk or fork. When it is all blended and smooth, enjoy! Re-season with salt and/or lemon juice, or even cracked black pepper, if desired. |
