Baked Ham
Contributed by "Evil Ronnie"

After unwrapping the ham, with a sharp knife cut a "checkerboard" or "diamond" pattern about 1/8 inch deep into the surface of the ham. (Optional: stick whole cloves into the grooves.)

Slather Dijon mustard over the surface of the ham and place in a roasting pan.

Pack as much brown sugar as possible onto the surface of the ham.

Pour two cups orange juice into the pan and drop in a dozen or so whole cloves.

Bake uncovered, in a 325°F oven, for three hours.
