Make garlic butter in the food processor. Chop four or five garlic cloves and half a bunch of parsley. Add several sticks of softened butter, and several dashes each of Tabasco and Worcestershire, freshly ground black pepper, and the juice of a lemon. Pulse until well combined.

Shuck your clams. Slather garlic butter over clams. Top with fresh breadcrumbs and a square of raw bacon on top of each clam. Place them on a bed of rock salt and broil until clams and butter are bubbling and the bacon is crisp. Serve with lemon wedges.
