Stovetop Fritatta

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 can crab
  • 2-3 ounces of sharp cheddar
  • Herbs
  • Seasonings
  • Butter
  • Hot sauce

Beat eggs in a small bowl and set aside. Fry bacon in a large pan or skillet, allow to cool, and add to egg mix. Add butter to bacon grease, then add egg mix, crab, cheese, herbs, and seasonings. Cook until egg appears firm, flip, and cook briefly until done. Serve with hot sauce.
