Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 2 boxes of cut broccoli
  • 1/2 cup of onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • cooked rice

Sauté onion and celery with one stick of butter until tender (do not brown). When they become tender add cream of mushroom soup and garlic cheese. Heat until garlic cheese is completely melted. Cook broccoli according to instructions on package. Drain broccoli. Place broccoli and 1/2 cup of rice (or as much as desired for taste) in a casserole baking dish. Mix with cheese mixture thoroughly. Bake in the oven until bubbling, about 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F .
