Barbeque Sauce

  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • pickling spice

In a large saucepan combine beer, Worchestershire sauce and vinegar. Heat and add butter, pickling spice, and lemons (discard juice.) Baste meat with this "mop sauce" as it cooks.
