Grilled Salmon

  • 1 salmon fillet, with skin
  • Olive Oil
  • Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Clean your grill well. If your grill is not clean the fish will stick to it.

Oil the cut side of the fish and season with salt and pepper.

When the grill is hot, wipe the rack with a cloth soaked in vegetable oil, place the salmon on the grill cut side down, and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the salmon, drizzle with lime juice, and continue cooking until the skin easily seperates from the fish, about 3 to 4 minutes.
