Grilled Blue Hake

  • 2 hake loin fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • pinch cumin
  • pinch turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Preheat grill to 400°F.

Make a pan out of aluminum foil big enough for both pieces of fish with about 2 inches all around. Coat the foil with half of the olive oil and place the fish on the foil. Sprinkle the fish with the rest of the olive oil and the spices. Place foil on the grill and cover with another piece of foil. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
