Spicy Beanburgers

Wilt the spinach in a pan with a tablespoon of water and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Cook the onion, garic and chile in a little oil for 5 minutes until softened but not browned. Place everything except the onion mixture into a food processor and blend to a fairly rough paste. Add the onion mixture and process for a few seconds. Form into 4 to 6 burger patties, brush with oil, and grill. |
