Spaghetti Sauce

In a large skillet, heat oil, garlic, red pepper flakes. Sauté the sausage. Just as it is beginning to cook through, add onion and mushrooms. Sauté until tender. If you have it, deglaze the pan with red wine. If not, skip this step. Dump the can of sauce on the meat, sprinkle enough oregano over the top to cover lightly cover the sauce (about 2 Tablespoons.) Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and let simmer until your noodles are done. |
