Chicken Soup

Place chicken breasts, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, and boullion cube in a large pot and cover with water. Boil for at least one hour or until chicken is done (the longer you cook it, the more the flavors present and combine.) Adjust flavor with salt and pepper. Cool and refrigerate until needed (it's better a day or two later.) Contributor's note: Try adding add a spoonful or three of your favorite salsa to add some kick. |
