Hot Cheese Dip

  • 1 pound spicy Italian Sausage
  • 1 pound Mexican style Velveeta
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 jalapeƱo or habenero pepper, finely diced

Brown sausage and pepper in a pan. Drain, add to crockpot with other ingredients, and heat until blended. Serve with tortilla chips, tortillas, pita bread, or crackers of your choice. Also makes a good topping for burgers, brats, and dogs.
