Banana Nut Bread

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • nuts if desired
  • pinch of salt
  • ginger powder to taste

Pre-heat oven to 425°F

Take a small bread pan, spray the inside with PAM or any non-stick solutions. Cover the inside walls and bottom of the pan with wax paper.

Put flour into a bowl.

Cut up bananas, set aside.

Add baking soda to bowl. Mix.

Add milk to bowl. Mix.

Add eggs to bowl. Mix.

If desired, chop up some nuts finely, and add to bowl. Mix.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Add the mashed bananas into the bowl with the other ingredients.

Add a pinch of salt and powdered ginger (if desired) into the bowl.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.
