Ginger-Cherry Pork Chops

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes per side in sesame oil over medium high heat. Remove chops from pan. Combine cherry preserves, soy sauce, ginger, and vinegar in bowl and add to pan. Cook over reduced heat for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Return chops to pan, cook 2 minutes, and serve with sauce. Contributor's note: 275 calories and 7.8 grams of fat per serving (one chop with two Tablespoons of sauce) |
