Lasagna

  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 package of uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 15 ounce container of ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • shredded parmesan cheese.
  • chopped parsely
  • salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine ricotta cheese and egg in a mixing bowl. Layer a square cake pan with liberal amounts of spaghetti sauce, noodles, and ricotta mixture. Top with shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil bake until cheese browns. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
