Chicken Taco Filling

  • 6 skinned chicken thighs
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1-2 cups water

In a slow cooker add chicken thighs (on bones), taco seasoning, and water. Cook on low for about 4 hours. Pull apart meat with fork and enjoy with favorite recipe.

Contributor's note: If you use boneless chicken it will cook faster. If you can't have much salt, then put in a little lime juice and chili powder instead.
